A signature that looks like yours
Most scanners treat signing as an afterthought. Here it's the reason the app exists — natural to write, quick to place, crisp in the final PDF.
- Draw, type or photograph. Real ink weight when you draw; handwriting fonts when you type; clean single-color ink from a photo of paper.
- Tap to place. Drag, pinch and rotate. A magnifier and baseline snap land it right on the line.
- Fill the whole form. Add today's date, your name or a check mark. Copy your initials to every page in one step.
- Sharp at any zoom. Saved as vector and flattened into the page, so it can't be lifted out as a layer.
- Kept on your phone. Saved signatures stay on the device. Optionally lock them behind Face ID or fingerprint.
For the office that still only takes fax

Turn on cloud backup and every document — pages, signatures placed, highlights — is copied to your private storage. Get a new phone, sign in, and pick up where you left off.

Before you ask
Do I need an account?
No. Scanning, signing and saving work without one. You sign in with Apple or Google only to turn on cloud backup or send a fax — one account covers both.
Is this a legally binding e-signature?
SignaraScan places an image of your handwritten signature on the page. It is not a certificate-based digital signature and keeps no signing audit trail. Whether it is accepted is up to the recipient.
Where can I send a fax, and what does a page cost?
To fax numbers in the US and Canada. One page (including the cover page) uses one fax page — first from your plan's monthly pages, then from any page packs you bought. Faxes that fail are refunded automatically.
What's included in cloud backup?
Your saved PDFs, the original page images, and the signatures and highlights you placed, so restored documents stay editable. Your saved signature templates are only backed up if you switch that on.
What happens if I cancel Pro Cloud?
Backup stops. Your cloud copies are kept for 30 days so you can still restore or export them; we email you 7 days before they are deleted. Documents on your phone are never affected.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your documents stay. You can still open, share, export, rename and delete them. Scanning, importing and signing new ones needs Pro.
I bought on another phone. How do I get Pro back?
Tap “Restore purchases” in Settings or on the plans screen, using the same App Store or Google Play account.
